JobActive replaced by Workforce Australia
The Department of Education, Skills and Employment have replaced their employer service, previously known as JobActive, with Workforce Australia. The new online service began on 4 July 2022, supporting the industry through streamlining how business find and hire the right individuals, including a new network of providers to deliver personalised support.
Employers who advertised on JobActive prior to its transition to Workforce Australia, will not have negative impacts on their Labour Market Testing.
Access
You can now access Workforce Australia at WorkforceAustralia.gov.au. Alternatively, you can also download the Workforce Australia mobile app.
If you previously held a JobActive account, you can use the same account details to the new Workforce Australian online service. Your JobActive information, including current job plans or references will be transferred over to the new platform.
