I cannot recommend James enough , I applied for the 820 partner visa in September 2023 , and received my grant on the 29th November 2024 , even with a particularly difficult visa history James went over and beyond to ensure my application was the best it could possibly be ! James pulled off a Christmas miracle by getting my application granted and I couldn’t be more appreciative of his services! 12/10!!!

James Hammond is not just a lawyer he makes dreams come true! my partner had an extremely difficult case we were trying to get a visa granted where most lawyers told us it was not possible. Not only did he get it approved he was there for us every step of the way answered all of our numerous silly questions was extremely patient with us and achieved an amazing result in an timely manner also.We could not be happier with the results we both feel that we owe him much more than the retainer fee which I might add was very well priced more so than the few lawyers that would actually take on her case.If you a looking for a migration lawyer you don't need to look anywhere else James will get the job done he is very open and honest and very good at his job.
